The Exclusive Hands On Intensive Nonprofit Executive Program is exclusive because JS Crockett Consulting only wants to work with individuals focused on making their social entrepreneurial dreams come alive.

The process of transforming your charitable, mission-based activities into a viable, thriving organization requires focus, enthusiasm, and determination.

With all of the training in the world, JS Crockett Consulting cannot influence an executive's level of commitment or drive. This is why for this program, we only wish to work with people that are committed to creating sustainable organizations that will survive into perpetuity and establish a legacy.

Program Overview

The 5-Month Nonprofit Executive Program is action oriented and actually trains, as well as develops sustainable components of organizational development and capacity building. (Modified version of this program is available for existing organizations.)

This includes:

* Nonprofit Start Up Paperwork (State and Federal paperwork complete in first month)

* Strategic Planning and Development of Programs (includes a 20+ page strategic implementation plan and strategic "doable" next steps)

* Grant Research and Proposal Writing Training and Proposal Production (includes one master grant proposal, one year subscription to new JS Crockett Consulting grant writing tool as well as grant research, collaboration, and coaching)

* Marketing (social media, program evaluation and data collection tools, outreach assessment)

* Income Generation Component (one month of establishing nonprofit revenue streams and creating staff positions, beginning with the Executive Director)
